Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping of products purchased through our website, operated by SenPrints. All products are fulfilled through third-party services, and shipping is subject to the terms outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to abide by this Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Please review this policy, including the FAQ on Production and Shipping (SECTION 11), carefully to understand our shipping processes, timelines, responsibilities, and optional warranty services.

 

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING TIME AND PROCESS

Orders are typically processed within 2-31 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after order confirmation. This processing time does not include the day the order is placed or weekends. Once processed, orders are handed over to our third-party shipping partners (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) for delivery.

Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

  • United States, EU countries: 2-14 business days.
  • International: 7-31 business days, excluding customs delays.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. For detailed production and shipping processes, see SECTION 11 (FAQ on Production and Shipping).

 

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. Costs are displayed before you complete your purchase. For international orders, additional customs, duties, or taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility and not included in the shipping cost. You are also responsible for any taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.

 

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If you provide an incorrect address, you must contact our support team within 14 days of placing the order to request a correction. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

SECTION 4 - TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days after order confirmation, please contact our support team at naturalgiftvibesstorehelp.net@

 

SECTION 5 - LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

All orders related to lost in transit need to be claimed within 60 days from the ordered date. In case it exceeds 60 days from the time of order, we reserve the right to refuse to settle a claim. If your order has not arrived within 31 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team at naturalgiftvibesstorehelp.net@ to initiate an investigation with the carrier. Customers who have elected our optional Shipping Warranty may be eligible for additional protections, as outlined in SECTION 6.

 

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING WARRANTY

We offer an optional Shipping Warranty service, available at the time of purchase, to provide additional protection for your order during transit. The warranty is subject to the terms below and does not cover orders exceeding $150.00 USD in value.

6.1 - Coverage

  • Package Integrity: If a package is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage by emailing naturalgiftvibesstorehelp.net@ with the subject line “Shipping Warranty.”
  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by our third-party shipping partners (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) after an investigation, we will, at your preference, send a replacement product or offer a full refund.
  • Stolen Packages: Our maximum liability for a stolen package is USD 150.00. To qualify for coverage, the following requirements must be met:

o A police report must be filed and provided to us.

o The shipping carrier must have marked the item as delivered.

o The shipping information provided by the customer must be correct. Customers must email a copy of the police report to naturalgiftvibesstorehelp.net@ with the subject line “Shipping Warranty” to initiate the claim process.

6.2 - Warranty Timeframe

To make a claim under the Shipping Warranty:

  • For damaged items, contact us within 14 working days of the delivery date, providing photographic evidence.
  • For lost or stolen items, contact us within 60 working days after the maximum estimated delivery date (as provided at checkout), including all necessary documentation (e.g., police report for stolen items). We will process your claim promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, subject to our Reprint & Refund Policy.

6.3 - Exclusions

The Shipping Warranty does not apply to:

  • Acts of God: Damage or delays caused by natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods).
  • Address Information: Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or refused deliveries.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Delays or damages caused by labor strikes, political unrest, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control.

6.4 - Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, email naturalgiftvibesstorehelp.net@ with the subject line “Shipping Warranty,” including:

  • Order details and photographic evidence (for damaged items).
  • Police report and carrier delivery confirmation (for stolen items).
  • Confirmation of correct shipping address (if applicable). We reserve the right to offer a replacement or full refund for eligible claims, as determined by our investigation. If the issue is verified with photographic evidence, you may not need to return the damaged item.

 

SECTION 7 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective and you have not elected the Shipping Warranty, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery by contacting our support team at naturalgiftvibesstorehelp.net@ and providing photographic evidence of the issue. All requests are subject to our Reprint & Refund Policy, as outlined in our Terms of Service. Customers with the Shipping Warranty should follow the claim process in SECTION 6.

 

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to limit or restrict shipping to certain regions or countries at our discretion, as outlined in SECTION 10.7. Some products may not be available for international shipping due to legal or logistical constraints.

SECTION 10 - FAQ ON PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

This section addresses common questions about our production and shipping processes, providing transparency about timelines, vendor operations, and potential delays.

10.1 Order Processing and Production Timeline

  • Order Verification: Upon placing an order, it enters a 12-hour pending period during which you may change quantities, colors, or other details. After this period, the order is automatically routed to our third-party vendors for production. Order verification and processing take approximately 1 business day.
  • Production: Production time is typically 2-7 business days before shipping.
  • Potential Delays: Additional delays of 2-3 business days may occur due to security measures, global issues (e.g., COVID-19), or quality control (e.g., reprinting defective items).

10.2 High-Volume Seasons

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving), order volumes may double or triple, potentially causing 3-4 business day delays in production. Our vendors increase staffing to accommodate, but delays remain possible.

10.3 Non-Chronological Shipping

Items in the same order may not ship together due to variances in production times or quality control issues (e.g., reprinting failed items). As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

10.4 Vendor and Product Substitution

Orders are routed to one or more third-party vendors based on delivery location and product type. If a vendor is out of stock, we may reroute the order to another vendor or use a comparable substitute product, as outlined in our Reprint & Refund Policy.

10.5 Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Averages 3-10 business days within the contiguous US, EU, and UK. Times are not guaranteed and may increase during holidays.
  • Express Shipping: Averages 2-5 business days, not available in certain regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland).
  • International Orders: May take up to 30 business days from the ship date. All times are estimates and subject to delays by third-party carriers, as outlined in SECTION 5.

10.6 Shipping methods

We are collaborating with USPS, UPS & DHL, offering standard, express, & international shipping on all of our products. Shipping prices vary based on the size/weight of the order

10.7 Shipping Countries:

We offer worldwide shipping, however, depend on different types of products, we will have the exception as following:

  • All products: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Ukraine, Colombia, South Africa, UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Umm al-Qaiwain, Fujairah, Ajman, Ra's al-Khaimah, Kingdom of Bahrain), Seychelles Island, Kazakhstan, Arab Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Marshall Islands, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain), Malta, Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Isarel, Panama, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Bahamas, Ghana, Réunion, Åland Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ecuador, Isle of Wight, Saint Martin, Matheson Island, Aruba, Guatemala, Canary Islands (Spain), Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), Mozambique, New Caledonia, Jordan, Belarus.
  • 2D Apparel: Mexico, Brazil
  • 3D Apparel: US (AE, AP, PR, VI, HI, GU, MP, AK and military areas: APO, FPO), Turkey.

Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.

*For any countries not listed above, tracking will be rejected once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates or delivery confirmation, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.

***Ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO

For your order shipped to PO boxes, tracking will be the evidence for successful delivery. We don’t accept any dispute if the tracking status is delivered.

Shipment to military APOs/FPO can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons. 

10.8 VAT Taxes

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

The VAT charges may vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom office for more information.
